Neurodiversity-affirming Support
Neurodiversity-affirming support is available for children, teens, and adults who are autistic, ADHD, have learning differences, or experience sensory processing challenges. It is also a supportive space for families, caregivers, and educators who would like to better understand and meaningfully support neurodivergent individuals. You or your child may experience sensory overload, social or communication differences, emotional overwhelm, anxiety around change, or stress within the family system. At times, navigating environments that are not designed with neurodivergence in mind can feel exhausting or isolating.

My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and families can explore their experiences openly. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” we work toward deeper understanding, self-advocacy, practical regulation strategies, and strengthening each person’s unique abilities. The goal is to build confidence, balance, and sustainable ways of engaging with the world.

Seeking support is a courageous step. Here, you will be understood and respected for who you are, while building on strengths and developing tools that help you thrive.
