Understanding
Loss & Grief.

Grief and loss counselling offers support for anyone navigating the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, major life transitions, or other significant losses. Loss can reshape your world in ways that feel disorienting and deeply personal. You may be experiencing sadness, shock, loneliness, anger, guilt, confusion, or a sense of emptiness. Some days may feel heavy and overwhelming, while others feel strangely numb. Grief does not follow a straight line — and there is no “right” way to move through it.

In our sessions, I provide a compassionate and steady space where your emotions are welcomed without judgement. Together, we gently process your experience, explore ways to cope with the changes you are facing, and honour the meaning of what has been lost. Healing does not mean forgetting — it means learning how to carry your loss in a way that feels manageable and integrated into your life.

It’s okay to feel whatever you are feeling. Grief is personal and unfolds differently for everyone. In counselling, you are supported at your own pace, with care, understanding, and respect.
